- 1. Two law enforcement officers are suing to block the Trump administration's proposed $1.8 billion "anti-weaponization fund."
- 2. Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche stated the fund would provide a systematic process to redress claims of "weaponization in lawfare."
- 3. Officer Daniel Hodges and Officer Harry Dunn fear the fund will be used to pay Trump supporters who participated in or helped organize the Jan. 6th attack.

- 5. J.D. Vance suggested that some January 6th rioters might have had their lives disproportionately ruined by the legal process.

- 10. Providing money to Jan. 6 rioters would empower them to commit further violence, as they lack fear of legal or ethical repercussions.
